Presentation Guidelines:
1. Begin by recording your Daily Food intake. Use the Food
and Nutrition Logs.
2. Use the NATS website: http://www.nat.crgq.com to
record and analyze your Daily values.
3. In your group you are going to put together a 10 minute
presentation of your results and analysis.
4. You will use your Group information as a population sample.
5. Examine all of the Data and create a Summary of the Nutrition
consumed by your Group/Population.
6. Your 10 minute Presentation will include the following:
a. Summary of the Group/Population Data.
b. What is "Good" about your Group's Nutrition?
c. What is "Bad" about your Group's Nutrition?
d. What would you improve about the Overall
Diet of your Group/Population?
e. What would you continue about the Overall
Diet of your Group/Population?
f. Are there any Vitamin or Mineral
deficiencies or overdoses that may occur? If so, what are the
possible consequences?
7. You will turn in all of your Food and Nutrition Logs with your
Poster at the end of your Presentation.
